Man up to there refund policy. Its none of there busy as to why the date or reason to cancel your ticket.
Even when u pay for the returnable or refunded ticket policy Added your ticket cost. Would not refund me or allow me to change my date to the proper date for my doctors appointment.i would for future bookings book right thru the airline u wanna fly with.

I had booked a flight for the 15 fit a doctors appointment then get a call from my doctor that the appointment had been changed to the 18. Tried to switch dates denied.
So I booked another ticket for the 18. Paid for it and wuz still denied refund for my first ticket.
This web sit what Ive seen on comments is a *** scam. *** happens in life were u need to change dates.

I purchased tickets for our family vacation for just over $2,800. Because the price was $800 less than other flights purchased directly through airlines, I went with Kiss&Fly.
I selected the flights I wanted.
Unlike airlines, they did not send me a confirmation with flight details until days after the purchase. Only then did I realize they did a BAIT & SWITCH and sold me tickets for red eye flights, which we are unable to take.
They instructed me to change the flights online.
When I did, I was charged a $4,000 penalty.
When I called the airline directly, they told me Kiss&Fly paid less than $1,600 for my tickets. So clearly, to make a larger profit margin, they put us on undesirable flight times.
They refused to refund me.

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Kissandfly that I feel compelled to share. I booked and paid for a flight ticket through their platform just last night, only to wake up this morning to an email informing me that my flight had been cancelled.
What's more infuriating is that they failed to provide any reasonable explanation for this sudden cancellation.
The lack of communication and transparency from Kissandfly is simply unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be informed promptly and provided with a valid reason for such disruptions to my travel plans. However, their disregard for customer satisfaction is evident in their negligent handling of this situation.
Not only did I have to scramble to make alternative arrangements at the last minute, but I also had to endure the inconvenience and uncertainty caused by Kissandfly's incompetence. This experience has left me feeling deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with their services.
I strongly advise against using Kissandfly for any future travel bookings.
Their lack of accountability and disregard for their customers' time and money make them an unreliable and untrustworthy option in the travel industry. Save yourself the headache and choose a more reputable and customer-focused company for your travel needs.

Do not use this service. They are a scam! I booked my flight through them and when I went to check in for my flight, the gate agent said I needed to pay three times the price for my flight because it was booked on a fraudulent card from KissandFly, and my reservation was no longer valid. When I spoke to someone at Kiss and Fly, they told me to pay the cost to rebook and they would refund me the amount, which I have confirmation from them stating this in an email. Now they want my full bank details that my bank told me not to give them instead of refunding the card they have on file. I still have not received the full refund. The details they requested below have been flagged by my bank as too sensitive to give out, especially since they have already committed fraud on my initial purchase with their company. They should be able to refund the card they have on file:
- ITIN of the recipient for individuals/registration number for legal entities;
- Bank name;
- Current account number;
- First name, last name, and patronymic (if applicable);
- Sort code;
- Payment card number;
- SWIFT/BIC-code;
- IBAN code.

Do not use this service. I am writing to urgently request an official receipt for the tickets I recently purchased through your platform. Unfortunately, I discovered that the tickets I received were part of a scam.
Here are the details of my purchase and the incident:

Names on the Tickets: Mohammad Alzyod, Omayma Jabr, and Seba Alzyod (age 2)
Flight Details: Ryanair Flight RK 1273 from London Stansted to Edinburgh
Scheduled Flight Time: 3:10 PM - 4:30 PM

When we arrived at London Stansted Airport to board our flight to Edinburgh, we were informed that the tickets were invalid and appeared to be fraudulent.
This caused significant inconvenience and distress, particularly for our 2-year-old child, Seba Alzyod, who was crying.
As a result, I had to purchase new tickets on the spot, costing me an additional 55 GBP each, doubling the expense I had already incurred.
I kindly request an official receipt for my original purchase as well as immediate assistance in resolving this matter.
Please investigate this issue promptly and advise on the next steps for obtaining valid tickets or a refund for both the original and additional expenses.

Paid $64 for a checked bag airline says no baggage was purchased. Kiss and fly says when I check in the baggage will be added.
Don't pay for baggage bc cheaper with airline. Overall the $ saving wasn't worth the aggrevation.

I appreciate the swift response in regards to my issue, but I will still not be using their services in the future
Then when I was at Honolulu airport for my flight with Jetstar to Sydney, I was checking in and was informed by the check-in agent that my booking was refunded, but I had not received a refund in my bank account?
So I ended up having to spend $260+ on a new flight, without getting the money I used through you guys back. I am extremely disappointed with the service you provide and I will be taking further action if my money is not returned to me.

I will definitely give them a zero if I could. None of the costumer service numbers works and I cant call US numbers, this leave me with no choice but to send them emails.
I first tried canceling my booking but they refused saying the amount of service fees exceeded the amount of refund, but DO YOU THINK I CARE? On the policy it says clearly that within 24 hours there will be full refund!
Then I tried changing my route, they ended up telling me there was no route for Lynx so they cant change it either. Do not book from them, repeat DO NOT BOOK FROM THEM!!

I'm incredibly disappointed that I purchased a ticket with your organisation, only for you not honour the price and requested more money to which I refused. I'm trying to book a ticket for my elderly mother, and I'm still waiting for the refund. This is infuriating and poor customer service if you read your customer reviews it might prompt you to do better.
